Proposed shopping mall and commercial area next to Ktm station. And this is township project unlike mid valley. Just tht, ytl is not really aggressive to develop Sentul east and west.

Depend my luck during ballot, see whether have chance of buying a unit facing KLCC 

If compare psf of Fennel with Tamarind, Saffron...totally wrong, even same location but different product!
For me, I compare Fennel with Setia Sky Residences, just 4km away, if psf lower than that, definately bbb
