Not so soon ler.. I called yesterday, sales staff said they also dont know as pending for management instruction. Not even a price indication.

Wow... the rental not so attractive compare to nearby Apartment.

Melur/Mawar, subsale 300K, rental (bare unit) is RM1500 already.

So Fennel tends more ideal for own stay? But in view of 900 plus units, how many of them are really for own stay?

D6/D7 still very quiet now. YTL have to do something to boost up.

Fennel may not be a good buy for rental due to high density.

What I know is Fennel smallest size is 1000sq.ft (limited units) and normally smallest size psf will be higher than bigger units.

Compare to Capers, Fennel seems not really a good buy.
