I think they will launch Fennel on this coming august, after KVMRT 2 official announcement.. If you compare YTL and Sunway Velocity (Price, building structure design, LRT & MRT Interchange, same distance to city centre), even Fennel asking 800psf still consider very cheap!

Recently, Sentul with a "new" police station, the most trendy I have seen before! And a new UTC Centre, 8am- 10pm daily, quite convenient!
