QUOTE(Dagashi @ Nov 8 2012, 10:01 AM) My wife has a woman insurance from HLA. Mind to share which product name?It covers womanly diseases and also chidlbirth. It also doubles up as a investment plan to buy their shares. The childbirth doesn't cover your medical fees but they consider it as a childbirth gift. You can get up till 5% of your insured amount when you give birth (and stay in a hospital). I.e. if my wife is covered for RM300,000, when delivery, can claim RM3,000 a day stay in hospital. Max 5 days. Max 3 kids. But you can only claim one year after you sign up the package. Also if there is complications and etc, those are different claims. Not sure if it covers hospitalisation for complications etc. |
