Thanks for the info bro. I also feel the same way with you. I think this isn't a bad model, just overpriced. I would love to get one cheap and repaint it silver or white.

jeremy: IMO, always file a dispute just for precaution. If the seller is understanding and confident, he shouldn't have an issue with it. Once you miss the deadline, theres nothing ANYONE can do to dispute it.

This is quite common for Elite models. Alot of them usually appear on ebay without box first like the 458 Challenge and 348 TB. Like you said, these are probably sneaked out from the factory.

But it is surprising since I remember HW canceling the 458 China Ed.
