CS: Source Update Released 3.1.2006

Valve has distributed an update to CS: Source that includes the promised new character models. Here's the short change log concerning the update:
Counter-Strike: Source
Added Leet and SAS player models
Fixed players being able to run up very steep slopes for short distances
Fixed low-violence models not animating properly
