Package includes all the typical urutan pantang, tungku, tangas basah and kering, param+pilis and bengkung. I took the 5 day package, it was good, had some back pain but after her sessions i feel it helps. At one point my left thumb dont know consider masuk angin or what, feel like numb, after couple times urut, now ok d.

I felt it was ok, but u also need to be discipline to wear the bengkung for long hours and she advise to wear other days also but i only wore during the 5 days ^^;;

It would be better if you ask the lady directly since I engaged her a year ago and she may have changed her pricing. It was average RM125 per day last year. Not sure about this year.

My wife gave birth on a Wednesday, discharged on Friday, following day (Saturday) already start the urut to 'buang angin' and to 'tighten the loose parts' haha.

Very effective from my personal opinion as this Malay urut lady which we employed used a 'tengku'/hot stone to kempis/flatten her stomach and other parts of the body. You can see the effect after the first 3 sessions.

I think the result was ok.. during my first delivery i didn't urut; but i did the urut for my 2nd delivery.
My friend said i look slimmer than the first time after delivery, so i guess the urut did help a bit.

Urut lady will help buang angin for the whole body (actually a bit pain but bearable).
She will help to clear block ducts for mummy who breastfeeding.

Overall not bad la... worth trying. I only urut for 3 days.. but if your wife like it, she may extend it.

Does she helps to push on the celvic to the correct position as well? Usually after birth celvic might be lower abit...
