So I finished GSPRushfit assessment. Almost died. sad.gif demn, I'm weak.

1 minute for every exercise with 20 secs rest

GSP's scores - air squats (75), push-ups(57), sit-ups(55), burpees(22)
Me - (74), (19), (19), (8)

demn, this is not easy...

ya, baru dapat. start with beginner level becoz long time didn't exercise. my lower body strength is ok, just my upper body strength not that strong. Arms and core not powerful enough. I still feel the effects just for the GSP assessment...that was one tough assessment.
