wat to do, RA is the owner. He splash the money to the club. We might not understand or agreed with his moves or motive but we just need to accept it. He was reluctant to give the managerial spot to RDM in the first place but he do hear wat fans says and hire RDM as a coach. 2 cup in hand a good backup to hire him for a year.

Due to the back to back slump, he need to make decision. It's not him alone who made the decision but the boards as well.
