Does anyone agree that chelsea shouldnt let lampard , cole go...seem like chelsea need some oldguard to guide...If against juventus like this, bye bye la, RDM..Pep Guordiola is coming...haha

I don't think we can win in Turin against Juventus as the odds pointed out at Juventus to win. A draw will be a lucky result for us. brows.gif

I suggest RDM play Torres every 10 - 15 mins before 90 mins just like how he treated Sturridge these past few games. I'm sure whatever crazy shots Sturridge aim for surely some will go in right? ohmy.gif

Torres is just playing with himself around the penalty box and he's very weak not to mention inconsistent over the past years. We seriously need a clinical striker specialize in shooting ability, hence scoring goals. If we can't get Falcao, Willian, Andre Schurrle, Fellaini or etc etc, just randomly pick any of our reserves and even youth striker or hell bring back that Lukaku! ...... rolleyes.gif

i like the ideas to trade falcao with Torres. With RDM preferred formation 4-2-3-1, so falcao alone is enough upfront

We also need DM and i love to see Moutinho or De Rossi

Indeed. And City made it worst by drubbing Villa 5-nil when Villa gave United such a hard time last week.

Only consolation is MU lost and Sturridge starting to look better. He doubled his accumulated playing time in the league so far yesterday. Just that his finishing is not there yet, but he is moving very well, and taking shots very well. I need to see more of him.

Mikel is a starter. But you can't expect much things when Romeu is the one playing alongside him. When we field a lineup like that, our defense must step up. But that wasn't the case.

Ridiculous performance. I am pissed to see Luiz and Bertrand performance today. We can't let the defensive mistake keep on happening.

Others did pretty good, Sturridge was good but he need to score goals. Hazard was pretty quiet today, despite the goal. (His first goal with head!)
Azpi and Moses were both good today, but Azpi need to step up in his defensive work.
I am pleased with Mikel and Romeu.

Fernando Torres, one and the only girl in the league.

I disagree betrand did play better today, only luiz when he ventured forward he took his own sweet time to coma back. Hazard dispossesed quite easily by odemwingie!

Overall performances was way below average.

Cech - not much he can do bout the 2 goals.
azpi - defensively, not very good. attacking, so so. apart from the cross that lead to the goal, he just cross blindly.
cahill - weak. how many time did Long beat him in physical battle.
luiz - same old luiz. ticking time bomb.
bertrand - i don't think he can fill in cole's shoes anytime soon with last nite performance.
romeu + mikel combo - not helping attacking department at all. as for defensive duty. so so.
hazard - despite the goal. not really having a good game. dispossess a number of times.
sturridge - too much fancy foot works before torres sub. after switching to central role, more lively.
moses - quiet game. always try to play the ball out wide.
torres - no comment.
mata - as usual. the heart of our attack. contribute more than hazard-sturridge-moses combo throughout the match.
oscar - pretty quiet since he deploy a more deep role.
ramires - can't comment.

*my personal opinion.

remember the first game we play against them 2 years back? i know a lot have change since that day. but, with the players and resources we have now, we could easily steamrolling them.

As i have always said. Torres is not the old torres. Striker is like a spearhead to a football team but torres is so blunt. Usually a top team like chelsea supposed to have options but torres seemed like the only option at the moment. Even caroll looked more dangerous than torres atm.
Just like how united shouldnt have fielded a midfield like yesterday even if it was a team b.

DANIEL STURRIDGE had to suffer a torrent of abuse from Chelsea fans after the defeat at West Brom.

The Blues striker missed a host of chances and was targeted when he went to see his family in the away section.

Fan Mike Santos said: “One of the family said Daniel had had enough and could move on.”

A fan later tweeted: “Sturridge came over to throw his shirt into the crowd and no one wanted it.”

Mourinho heading back to Chelsea?

QUOTE
Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho could be set for a sensational return to the club he left five years ago, according to the Irish Daily Star.

Reports from Spain indicate that the Real Madrid boss is disillusioned with life at the Bernabeu following the club’s stuttering start to the season which currently sees them trailing main rivals Barcelona by eight points in La Liga and could be heading back to London where his daughter Tita has recently enrolled at an art college.

Tita will be accompanied by Mourinho’s wife Matilde, a move which some see as a clear indication that the family see their immediate future in London rather than Madrid.

The fact that the “Special One” has restored his relationship with Blues owner Roman Abramovich and has spoken openly of his desire to return to management in the Premier League at some stage has only added fuel to the rumours that a return to Stamford Bridge could be imminent.

Following a sensational first season at the helm in Madrid last year which saw Real win both La Liga and the Copa del Rey, things are a lot tougher this time out.

There have been rumours of dressing room discontent, with Cristiano Ronaldo amongst others speaking out out against Mourinho’s tactics, while Mourinho himself has been vocal in his criticism of club captain and legend Iker Casillas for what he sees as a string of poor performances so far this campaign.

The mercurial Portuguese manager is also reported to have fallen out with a number of other key figures at the club over their failure to respond to daily criticism of his tactics in the press and, as a family-oriented individual, might feel that he would be better served by a return to the Premier League with Chelsea sooner rather than later.
