Chelsea have been drawn against Swansea in the Capital One Cup semi-finals, while Bradford will meet Aston Villa in the competition's other tie.
Chelsea's reward after coming through a quarter-final tie against Leeds with a 5-1 win is a meeting against the South Wales side that held them 1-1 at the Liberty Stadium earlier in the season. The first leg will be played at Stamford Bridge.
The second semi-final will see League Two side Bradford - quarter-final conquerors of Arsenal - meet Villa, who put Norwich to the sword to book their place in the last four. The first leg will be played at Valley Parade.
The ties are to be played in the weeks commencing January 7 and January 21, with the Wembley final taking place on February 24.
Lampard could be leaving Chelsea in the summer. The board decided to add more midfielder/s. I hope we can get a long range shooter midfielder just like Lamps or Essien type. Hazard and Mata not really long range scorers.
I sincerely favour Hulk for the position but too bad, he moved to Zenit..

oscar & oreo can shoot from that range... if you fancy hulk then the news that he is not happy there the other day might cheer you up...
nice highlight.. watched the 1st goal, they seems like still dreaming..
i think the fault was Azpi cos he stand at the place no opponent was there and left the left side so empty..
yap there is no structure in play..everyone running and a few hold the ball..too confusing.. we improve on that in the second half of the match..lampard..mata and luiz..less running more passing..
Good play. Not bad tactic switching from Rafa. Please be patient, this guy can really turn things around. A good win a good morale boost for the players. At least your team is scoring.... not like us
I think the current Chelsea team can really flip like a pancake. They can suddenly be very good, or very bad.
From this match, I can say Lampard can contribute very little for the current Chelsea team. I think he realizes it and leaves the club for good. I hope that he still comes back to the club to be a coach in the future.
Marin is not a joke. German Messi is true, his dribbling is magical. Future Mesut Ozil-type player.
Moses is bargain at 9m. Consistent performances from him.
