hi, do you sell any used / empty ink cartridges? HP 61

Bro, the black ink pipe of MISS (similar to CISS) can't be pumped to the cartridge. Normally it'll work by performing cleaning or deep cleaning but this time won't.

What can I do and which items do I need to buy?

You can use the item number.17 to pump the ink out the cartridge...if you scare the ink inside the pipe were have the same problem you can use the item number.19 to anti ink Retreat back...beside that you also need to change the item number.22
