I already hit 10,000 KM and my Average fuel consumption is always 13KM/L. Is that normal for city drive in KL with not more than 3000 RPM by majority?

Today i get my 10,000KM service at setapak area and i go to complain about my bluetooth car kit is not workable with other phones.
Those technician told me that it was depends your luck since someone is get connected with their own device and some are not.  Speechless to talk with them and i just straight call to perodua hotline to complain about it.  |
