Hi everyone. how to reduce uneven road noise by changing rim? which rim recommended, and tyres? not much budget.

plan to change 15" or 17" with michelin tyres. |

i found a te37 with 175/65/r15 michelin xm1...
is that fine? how performance? My lb1.3 got tiktiks sound onleft dash board when driving on uneven road. Anyone has same problem? I tried on my friend's also same. So wonder if anyone solved it?
