We are selling a Genuine & Original Yoobao power bank where the warranty period is "6 months Manufacturer Warranty" as set by the manufacturer who provides the same terms to worldwide even we can see it clearly in their user manual.

We do not add it to any longer period for the items for it to looks more interesting or more attractive when customers see it.

1 year warranty or some even provides and 1-1 exchange are only the additional selling points that quoted by some local sellers. If it is a 1-1 exchange without any queries or terms and condition, they must quote it as "Guarantee" but not Warranty. When you really want to claim for warranty the time, it might end up encounter some difficulties and sellers might tells you it is due to customer's handling fault and cannot be claimed.

Customers dealing with us, as what we promises to our customers and to deliver the service faithfully, if customer think the item having a defects (such as cannot be charged to gadget after a fully charged from the electricity onto the power bank, no light when charging, cannot power on and etc), customers can send back items to us and it will be a further checking by distributor, if it is due to the manufacturing defect but not customer handling fault, we do have a strong demand for the 1-1 exchange to get a brandnew set to be send back to our customer.
