This is a very short review. Nothing much to talk about a fan smile.gif

Introduction
I was finding a graphic card cooler last time. The local retail just changed the price of arctic xtreme plus to RM300 from RM250. So I've choosen the china brand , the Deepcool Dracula. It performs better than arctic xtreme plus in reviews.
But which fan to use? The Deepcool Dracula doesn't come with fan. The DELTA PFC1212DE does 252CFM at 65DBA, at its lowest speed should have very high static pressure and low noise. When i'm using headphone, I can overclock my card heavily and let it run at 252CFM thumbup.gif

Daily Use
So, does it really silent at lowest speed? No. It don't work at 5V. It uses the double ball bearing for heavy durability and for industrial grade. So it doesn't silent as sleeve bearing or hydro bearing fans. But in lowest speed with speed controller, its pretty silent compared to cap ayam fans. The static pressure is really high if you feel it by your hands.

According to the picture, when running at full 252CFM, i can feel the air from the top of the chassis even the air flow is blocked by the graphic card. Its really insane. For the noise, its like a vacuum cleaner.

Conclusion :
This fan is not recommend for people who want deep silent, who loves fan like Noctua or Gentletyphoon. But if you like insane or crazy overclocking, this fan suits you. Also, it cleans dust very well.

Pros :
- Heavy and durable
- Very strong airflow, you may use it to clean your chassis
- Doesn't collect dust at all

Cons :
- Extremely noisy at full speed
- Dangerous use without chrome guard
- High power consumption
