I have an Ipad with 4g service, every month 1gb which just sign up past few days ago, but I didnt use it much except of gps 10-20min once.
Wanted to ask if i off the apps by holding it and off it, the data still running on?
or I must go general setting > location service > off , only can completely shut down the data running?

I don't think is your GPS app sucking the bandwidth. Even with real-time google-map or Waze, it won't reach 1GB based on your usage.

Try check which app is enabled for data-usage in settings.

If j/b, then can find apps to track which one using up bandwidth.
