Just wondering what's the apple warranty policy for dead pixel?
1)I came reading across they will only accept it if dead pixel is over 5. Can someone verify?
2)what if we check on the spot of purchase and if we found <5 dead pixel, can we still demand an exchange?

If US should be no problem.
But I dont think Malaysia will change for you, probabbly ask you to wait for warranty.

eh no, i bought it at senheng sri petaling. After I made payment, I check on the spot and i found 1 dead pixel and they agreed to exchange another seal set for me!

i tot they need to have few dead pixel like 3 spot or 5 spot only can change ?

ops another tips, register as sen heng member, cost u only Rm12, then only u purchase the ipad with the membership card, which you'll get it after u paid the RM12, then you'll have additional 1 year warranty covered by sen heng.

my ipad2 sometimes will got 1 dead pixel, sometimes appear sometimes it dont, google for how to remove dead pixel, some can be remove by apply light pressure and rub it with cloth coz the liquid at the screen is not evenly spread, or something like that, just go google

apple honour the service to their competitor country. lol
