The surface pro price above doesn't include the keyboard though. So add another USD100 or so for the keyboard.

Also, reports are saying that the battery life won't be as good as the surface rt. The surface pro will last about the same time as ultrabooks, which is about 4-5 hours.

Personally i think that for that price, there are better options out there. Battery life if pretty much on par with other ultrabooks, so it's not a plus point here. Maybe the surface rt is better for those looking for tablet-type devices. Surface pro is probably aimed towards the ultrabook market.

What do you guys think of the surface pro?

I think that it's quite expensive and there are better options out there for that price. Even though surface is not retailing here
