Just got my first Rolex. Sub Date C. 

im planning to get a Oris Skeleton or Omega Seamaster. The oris is a really nice elegant piece of watch but priced around Rm6k. The design is great but the price is little high considering it has no other function. Omega is priced at RM9k,10k which is about 60% higher than Oris skeleton but the quality is obviously more superior than the skeleton.
Its a little hard to compare those 2 watches. Oris is more like a dress watch, it can be somewhat too flashy, due to the design, to wear as a everyday watch, especially when you are in a mamak stall with friends. Omega is more to a sport watch and its a classic design of seamaster. Classic not flashy, good to wear in many ocassions.
what you guys think?? and also, any tips to get the watch at a little more discount in Malaysia??

i really want vacheron constantin tourbillon but cant afford it..really hope one day i can get one..tourbillon watch is demm expensive

I hope you guys would participate in this survey. It would really help me a lot to have clearer pic in this topic. I been wondering which luxury watch is MUST HAVE for a Malaysian watch kaki or collector. Since as a watch kaki surely watches play more important roles than just telling you the time & date.

So IF in your life; you have 3 chance to purchase a luxury watch (make it a bit greedy LOL) and each watch is not more than RM25K (recommended retail price). Which brand & model will you pick. After purchased all this 3 luxury watch:
1) Pick one which will be the watch accompany you when you about to die (if die in old age la....) and eventually will give to your wife as for her to remember you always.

2) Another one will pass to your son as your family inherit "items" and hopefully it will pass from one generations to another.

Any reason why choosing this 2 watch to perform such important roles? (so happen to the third watch? Will sell it to fund your medical treatment)

I've notice brands like, Tissot, Oris, Mido, Epos, Edox, Longines, Nomos and maurice (not sure whether in this price range), which one would be a better brand in term of quality and brand heritage (automatic movement)?

Would like to see your views on this as the amount of options you have, how do you guys decide on the brand you choose.
