MSIA - Like an above poster said, it is basically an action figure. The size is comparable to 1/144 scale HG kit (though Bandai has stated that they are in fact non scale) Older MSIA has very meh-like paint job and poor articulation. Newer MSIA has better paint jobs, more articulation and are more robust. Ideal if you like to play around with your action figures. (If not mistaken I think someone posted pics of Luna's Zaku here)
HCM-Pro - This series are also action figures. The size of these figures are stated at 1/200. These series usually come completely built but they have optional parts (beam rifles and beam sabres are still attached to the trees, so you have to use a cutter to get them out). There is a certain model making element here, nothing to hard for the pro's here. Eg. the stand for the Asshimar needs to be assembled like a HG model. They are also fully coloured and has good articulation as well, though there has been complaints about looseness in the joints, particularly the Force Impulse Gundam. (I think someone posted pics of dancing HCM-Pro's here as well)
GFF - Katoki Hajime produced, these are expensive prebuilt model-like action figures. Their size is roughly comparable to 1/144 size HG kit as well. They feature superior markings and paint-jobs. But it must be noted, GFF are not meant to be played around like regular action figures, if you must play with action figures get the MSIA. Though they have articulation I highly recommend you just display it and not let your 6 year old nephew, son or whoever mess with it. Some GFF sport a 2 in 1 feature eg. you can turn the RX-78-2 (Version KA) into a GM (parts are provided).
You can view these in the HLJ site or go to a toy shop that carries the 3 products to see the difference.
Did I miss anyhing? If anyone wants to add some thing, please do.
