Dude, trust us on that...when u get a Master Grade, u just keep wanting to get just them. Normal grade ar...aww man...how to explain it to you...plain down to earth la...the name already state liao lor. Master grade has better quality in terms of fitting and better details, normal grade ...? Do i have to explain on that ?

No point buying a kit tat will give u a hard time later...i'm sure u do not want ur kit to look like jello right ? Price is a difference...yar...higher too but good things dun come cheap...and cheap things dun come good. Well a normal grade may cost about RM90-110 and an MG will be ranging about 180-225 like that but its worth every penny u put in it.


And er shumaky...its side cutters...u need different sizes to fit different size openings. And uneed a very very sharp knife to cut off the excess sprues...u can find them from art shops. A bit pricey la. And if u r even more serious, u can get some polyester putty from tamiya to fill up any accidental hole u cut off when u use ur knife or cutters...after that sand it down with sandpapers...NOTE : SPECIAL SAND PAPERS AND NOT THE ONES FROM HARDWARE SHOP... tat one too rough...u may buy a 1/100 Mg kit but after u sand u may end up with a 1/144 HGUC kit

But MG is 1/100 scale...lets you see even more details...and easier to work with when painting...

One more pointer is that...

DO NOT SPRAY THE CLEAR COATING TOO THICK OR IT MAY HAVE MINUTE CRAKE LINES AND CHIPS OFF EASILY.

You do not need a thick coating. 1-3 thin layers are good enough. U do not have to paint it to look like ur car kind of gloss ler...oh also make sure that its even and this can be best achieved if you u spray in a room, better effect...no bubbles and creases... if u are using a spray can tat is, if airbrush also the smake...if u use paintbrush...ur gundam will look like a shrivelled prune with lotsa wrinckles

Basically i just use Gunze sangyo's products, they happen to be the best.
It doesn't make any difference which clear coating u wanna use, just make sure it states either, flat, matt or gloss and check with the shop that it is clear paint.
This is because there is such a thing called surfacer, which is a touch up paint and will be generally light grey in color. So if u spray that over ur bots, it will be like, wasted ur time painting it

Basically the leg thrusters are different. Backpack is also different. Char's MS has crest on the head...That is for the PG wan la...for MG wan...also got different armament

U can try paint the frontal part of the visorwith clear greenand the back with a chrome silver if u want it to shine abit.
GM wan is light blue front and a grey(plastic part) behind it...
Get humbrol chrome silver if u want...its the best around so far...
