I have a 2006 Panasonic 1HP (non-inverter) in my small room which is now not as cold as it used to be. Do you provide any service to bring it back to its golden days?!

Also, I have shifted to another room which has no AC and I plan to get a 1HP AC for this super warm room.

For 1HP category, which is cheaper in the long run... Acson, Panasonic, Daikin, York or other than these?
