hi.. i have a few questions to ask.

1.
as the page 1 mention, the hissing sounds from charger is not normal.
so what should we do?
Go samsung center and request to change the charger? any problem if our device is AP or SME?

2.
I got my note 2 from digi. They told me they have register the online warranty things for me. Should i seek any evidence that they have done the registration?
