Just bought from 1U:- 1) Samsung Note 2 Gray 2) Samsung Note 2 (Extra Battery Kit) - External Charger + Extra Battery 3) SanDisk 64GB (class 10) 4) AnyMode Card Stand Folio Case 5) Screen Protector Total Damage: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 1) RM 2,299 2) RM 189 3) RM 249 4) RM 159 5) Free Total: RM 2,896
Since this is Gorrilla glass and wouldn't scratch, do you guys still use the screen protector?

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Nov 6 2012, 08:13 PM) wow u are a rich fella taib u
2) wait till u see the dock charger i am getting comes with usb dock, battery charger (with dual charging) and data connectivity alot cheaper than your price
3) Sandisk 64GB class 10 cheapest can get RM215.
4) Wait till u see the original samsung case
5) give u RM10 SP after charge u retail RM2299 vs current price from seller RM2050 is a good deal furthermore those current SP dont cover the phone screen properly.
Yes you need a screen protector because it only scratch resistant not scratch proof or GODLIKE GLASS
Thanks. Not rich la, my phone kaput and I didn't want to drive around buying loose items. So went to nearest place I could get them all at convenience expense

I just tried TheStar ePaper app and it works fine for reading on Note2. I guess I can sell off my iPad2 which is only used for that sole purpose.
Btw, what app do you all recommend to clean up cache, temp files, thumbnail cache, etc etc? I like my phone clean from all those files.

QUOTE(fik92 @ Nov 6 2012, 11:57 PM) try SDmaid or CleanMaster QUOTE(joytest @ Nov 6 2012, 11:59 PM) Storage Analyzer is good, SDMaid has been recommended as well. Solid Explorer's search option will also help. BTW u have an intriguing avatar. Is it water reflecting off a brown ceramic bowl, or an eyeball, or ovum ? Thanks for the recommendations. My avatar is a photo of my bowl. You can see more photos here: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1...=1&l=95d5d36cf9

1) My Note2 even after update to the latest firmware yesterday via Kies doesn't come with Multi Window. Do I have to install it separately?
2) To root the phone is so that to let app install on the SD card. Besides that what other benefits?

QUOTE(nicregi @ Nov 7 2012, 05:57 PM) Thats why old habit die hard. Once a month i let battery die...hmm who else still doing this? 1. Long press back button. Does it shows multiwindow? 2. Well rooting gives you ability to delete those unwanted apps and bloatware. Basically like a key to open your phone inside part. Modify them if you want etc. Thanks. It works (1). I'm such noob Well, it is true there are many apps that comes with the phone that I will never use. I'll explore rooting it next week when I'm on whole week leave. Slow slow explore. Btw, are there already modification to stock roms where ppl removed all the unnecessary apps already? Thanks.

QUOTE(nicregi @ Nov 8 2012, 09:55 AM) Manual process. Search for directory binding or sd swap in xda forum. By default samsung will install in internal sd. Thanks for the direction.
