A weird thing happen to my note 2..

Was playing game and then trying to close the game..return to homescreen..

After that hang a while the phone restart itself..then boot in only can see status bar..hang a while again..phone wont boot anymore..take out battery and boot again still same..unable to boot in recovery..

Reach service center..phone able to boot in..but binary counter is 1 and phone status is modified..unable to check update..

After that decide to factory reset while waiting..phone status back to normal and able to check update..

Anyone face this weird problem before?

No..didnt even install much apps yet..still new as just bought for 1 week already..

Now the phone problem come back..suddenly restart and now wont boot in..

I dont think it related to the app..because I just factory reset..before this also experience phone restart itself..

Hope they can check and find out what problem..just worry they reset and said nothing but didnt do further testing..

Should be basefiles corrupted or motherboard..actually this is my bro damn new phone..i dont want to flash..everything keep as stock as possible..flash through odin will effect the binary counter right?
Not sure about Note 2..because I'm still using S2..

Update: Just collect back the phone from service center, they said the phone has been rooted and warranty will void..

My question is any possibility that flash counter increase but I didn't flash before? The phone is new out of box with sealed..and using it for 1 week..

Yes, but the problem is I didn't even root the phone..how come the flash counter is 1..when I purchase this phone, everything is new and sealed..

How they see whether this phone is rooted or not? Only based on the flash counter in download mode? if yes, what if i reset to 0 using TriangleAway if I want to send for warranty again?

Guess should be the motherboard problem as stated by Benny..

Will do so when going to service center..the phone now unable to boot..but after left it 5 min with battery take out..and put in battery again, it works..

After that, it will hang and unable to boot.. rclxub.gif

Yes..anyhow I need to go service center again, because the phone is unusable..as I remember correctly, it was sealed..I bought Note 2 and S3 at the same time..so I check before he open and check everything..

Next time I buy new phone, should I boot in Download Mode to see the binary? lol..sound ridiculous..

Yeah..thanks for your advice..the first thing they(SME or the dealer) blame will be the user which is me who already flash and dont want to admit..If they using this reason to void the warranty..I guess there is no way to fight back..unless I got the full recording how I use the phone during the week..lol..

They said already reinstall the firmware, but after 1 hour of using it(download back apps from play store, do settings)..the phone is hang when I'm trying to use Dolphin Browser to browse LYN Forum..lol..it freeze, then it reboot itself from the Samsung logo, and stuck there forever..I force shutdown by pressing the power button, and it turn it back on itself automatically..Now it stuck at "Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100" screen forever..

I remove battery for 5min and put it back to power on..it's working fine..been trying this for twice..it works.. doh.gif
