Yes..anyhow I need to go service center again, because the phone is unusable..as I remember correctly, it was sealed..I bought Note 2 and S3 at the same time..so I check before he open and check everything..
Next time I buy new phone, should I boot in Download Mode to see the binary? lol..sound ridiculous..

This could be sorted out soon and usually take a bit of hassle. But again, it is your right...
Yeah..thanks for your advice..the first thing they(SME or the dealer) blame will be the user which is me who already flash and dont want to admit..If they using this reason to void the warranty..I guess there is no way to fight back..unless I got the full recording how I use the phone during the week..lol..

1) Chronological events
2) Person name/rank/time/ date to the persons you talk to
3) A detailed explaination of your problems
4) Collect as many evidence/information to support you.
I have reported before i can tell you they are quite efficient. For me was maxis and panasonic their representative of the respective company will call you to double and triple confirm to make sure your problem is resolved.
Good if Samsung will concern a little customer..

My case last time was with etiqa maybank. Ding dong for months until got fed up and i cc a complain email to bank negara. Resolve in 24 hrs...

They said already reinstall the firmware, but after 1 hour of using it(download back apps from play store, do settings)..the phone is hang when I'm trying to use Dolphin Browser to browse LYN Forum..lol..it freeze, then it reboot itself from the Samsung logo, and stuck there forever..I force shutdown by pressing the power button, and it turn it back on itself automatically..Now it stuck at "Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100" screen forever..
I remove battery for 5min and put it back to power on..it's working fine..been trying this for twice..it works..
