Any way to customized the default icons/folder without installing third party launcher? any apps can do that or just modified system files with custom icons if rooted, thanks.

Yup..of coz will leave hairline scratch if using SP. Hard plastic (SPen tip) against soft plastic (SP)  lolz
That's why just leave it naked bro. Hard plastic on SPen tip wont scratch against baboon screen glass. Only need to watchout for grains inside pockets

i noticed my download tends to fail when i have the "Fast download" option enabled. try disabling it, clear cache in TubeMate and then download again... if you want, after that, try fast download enabled again.
hmmm... looks like the SP dun really cover the whole screen...

And very common for rainbow effect.

After i full wipe flashed to ARHD and repill kernel i notice my snote delay prob still there...HAIZ~~
i tot that will b prob bcuz i swap the int2ext merory but now....full wipe clean install ady...
Hardware issues ??
It's kind of pain when u do same thing with the spen and will delay ur action to 1-5 sec
but no prob will occur when draw with finger  

i think i will record a video to show u all how serious was the delay=.="

btw, just flashed back to Omega V6 from ARHD.  The customisable installation of Omega is just the features i can't live without.  Wondering why the ARHD are so "Stock" for Note II.  I remember it was heavily modded for my Desire HD previously.  It dun even come with 4 way reboot by default. 

But i realised your note 2 cover is it genuine ? cause i saw the nfc touches dont seams to match very well as well as the colour
