Starter edition allows you to play only the Terran race and the maps Xel’Naga Caverns, Shattered Temple, Discord IV, and High Orbit.

If you want to try out other maps (and the other races), I suggest you buy a prepaid card for SC2. There are a couple of game shops in Midvalley Megamall that you can buy this from. There is also this one shop on the 3rd floor in Sungei Wang (in Bukit Bintang) that you could buy a prepaid card.

3 day time card costs RM 3.50, 7 days cost RM 7, and 30 days cost RM 25.

How about we set up a practice clan on SEA instead. We could talk on Skype or something. Shall we call it "LowyatNET"?

I'd like to teach some Bronzies and Silverdoods. And I don't mind playing against higher-ranked folks for practice. I don't have the motivation to grind the ladder yet coz I feel like I don't get meaningful practice.

I'm at work right now and I won't be home in another 9 or 10 hours. But I'll be going straight to sleep coz I have work tomorrow night as well.

But I'll surely be online on Tuesday.

I'll be home in 13 hours! Goodness, time sure flies so slowly while you're in the office.

I'll be on channel LowyatNET tomorrow and wait for you guys so we could play a few pick up games. This would be a good opportunity to practice builds and talk about the game and get better little by little.

I've been on channel LowyatNET the whole afternoon in SEA but no one came on.

Although there was this grandmaster Zerg, sSeoni, who probably played a couple of games on ladder, but didn't talk.

Anyway, I'm still on and hope we could play a few games. If we get lots of people on, we could do King of the Hill style tourney.
