My boot12%+Inna 12% + Fleet foot 10% can reach 34%. If take MoE WttR 8% will capped at 35%. Tested and confirmed

24% MS + fleeting shrine + WOTB + sprint = I can't control my mouse

i think it is capped at 35% excluding shrine. i was having 33% MS with passive. then i tried adding 300 spear with 12% MS it become 35% instead of 45%. but with shrine i can get 58%. LOL...

using monk fleet footed? that would be explained as 25% cap and fleet footed doesn't capped inside. your gears i assume would be 23% and when add in another gear it just goes up to 25% only..

not all skills doesn't capped at 25%. dh's Hot Pursuit however, is capped there. no idea why

Not exactly a Oppa Doodle run, just getting 5 nv stacks for Key run (doing with some LYN mbr).. going down from Keep3 to Keep2. Unfortunately only 4 stack at Keep2 so just went down to Keep1 to get the last stack, on the last elite kill it dropped a...



Is it a good roll? (i always assume a boot w/out MS is a bad roll .. haha)

Earlier in Keep3 we keep getting killed by frozen+arcane elites & i thought how nice if i had an IC boots

considered pretty good roll since you rolled an extra vit. you have high roll on str and all resist too. if roll another str (make it >220str) it will be very very pricey.

ice climbers is the only boots people willing to drop move speed due to the high main stat roll. they will use other gear to fill the movespeed (inna temperance, lacuni's)

got this, i know this is not a good roll (since dex player not using 2h)

At MP 0 still can get legend item. Best day ever every 1 run got 1 legend. jumpinn 58 -61 PL in 2 days. The only best drop i got is witching hour. Onli got str + int at low armor 300++.. Put it on my monk 7k dps boost.. Huhuhu...

at MP1, i raped a goblin and it dropped 2 legends at once. lol... my first time.

i always thought movementspeed is capped at 25%. if use the passive foot can go up to 35% wow awesome

yeah i think you can consider selling it first as all the gears will depreciate as time goes by.. i used to have 2 IK set (boot and gloves) and like you i'm thinking to keep it for my barb. then somehow my friend convinced me to sell to gear up my dh. then sold my boots @ 100mil in patch 104. check that few weeks back (patch 105) and costs 20mil.. i believe now the value must be lower than that..

so by the time when you decided to play your barb, just buy again..
