Details of the complaint :
On 13th sept i pre order a unit of alienware from ayil for 5.5k
Waited for almost 2 months, suddenly he said its refurb. I asked for refund. On morning,30th oct he said the amount has been wire to my acc. Till now nothing on my account. Sms him no reply. Always give alasan phone rosak. Sigh. I just want my 5.5k back. Please help. Thnks

u know, i believe most (or maybe all / 99%) of the seller in garage sales that selling alienware is selling refurbished unit, yet they claimed it as new

if u dont believe me, call dell and give your service tag number for confirmation. Happened to me twice already bought from garage sales

ayil still owe me my money....he told me had refunded (more than three different occasion) but i still don't receive the money,always keep giving excuses.... i bought two unit of dell desktops for donation to orphanage back in May,so basically dia sudah makan harta anak yatim....

he told me he had been cheated by dell warehouse people and claimed already made police report,but when i asked for a copy,dia tak reply....

Hmm.. more n more unwanted issues been told now. Hope he will come n clarify asap.

Help me too. He still owe my friend rm2550 for iphone 5 pre-order. Waited a month ( although he said the Pre-order will settle within 2 weeks ) but the item still didn't received. Then he said will give refund to my friend. Last Tuesday he said already wired the money to my friend's maybank acc and I've been told that he will send the e-mail to him. But until today, the money & the email still didn't received yet.

Texted him but then got a message saying that his phone is being turned off. Last time I contact him, he said he's in Jugra. Then he didn't reply my text until now.

Damn, he owe people alot of money hmm.

sigh.. He's a reputable person in LYN. I can't believe that a high rated LYN member had done this.. dunia dunia.. I hope that he can come here n explain to us all.

I hv contact his sister at least twice and what i know is his sister did inform her twice, they r not staying at the same place so it would be hard for her plus ayil had asker her to stay away from this matter as he said he will solve it himself. his sister ask me to not involving her anymore regarding this matter as she herself dont really care about his brother wrongdoing.

I feel like yes we hv to respect her decision but nevertheless, i will ask her again on how u guys can find him.

Tell her to give us detail like where he stays now and where he works then we will leave her out of this and settle with this dude . How can she say things like this like he s not her brother ?

hey,i got a phone call from a female talking about the refund....she said ayil already transfer the amount earlier (don't said exactly when) but the transaction doesn't go thru becos there is some problem (don't mentioned exactly what)....said will be settled by today....

I bought 2 computers from Sharl before and they are ok. Both Dell.

He never gave me the invoice and I wanted to claim warranty from Dell and say they can't process without invoice number.
All his phones are dead. The number someone posted here is the office of a police Supt in Bukit Aman.

Anybody knows where he can be contacted?
