i am kinda frustrating to choose which broker to use, and how to handle and withdraw payment upon trades transactions.

hi, want to ask about pips, let say
pair A is 1.15555
pair B is 90.123
if pair A raise to 1.2000 (1.2000-1.15555)=+4445
if pair B raise to 91 (91.000-90.123)=+877
some pairs behind have 3/4/5 digits/decimals, so is it still consider as pips?
mean pair A raise 4445pips, pair B raise 877pips?
something a bit confuse about pips, since some pairs have different decimals
