when i start as a newbie in trading...i like to do scalping...

but.. when i realised be a scalper is quiet exhausted....

i change to swing trading... it's much better for me...

you can choose, which skill u comfortable with...

Yes..scalping..is totally make u exhausted, because your execution must be fast enough to take the advantage of the price.

i've used and tested so many indicators (sad to say about 1.5k+ indicators).....finally just use 1 indicator to check whether the trend is still intact or not.

all the overbought oversold indicator all throw out.......

secret is to read the chart (Price Action) and catch the tail.

By the time your indicator ask you to buy/sell i've already taken my profits 

Scalping is a technique that i use when i start trading as a beginner before, long time ago...so as a beginner at that time, i don't know how to use a script base order...

i'm more comfortable now with swing trading, because i make analysis at various timeframe from M15 to Monthly..

btw i using XE market & Ironfx..

everybody got different technique in trading, so they can stick with the one that profitable to them....

yeah..like a boss ranging there, haha..

then this week i take more profit in sideway market, from top to bottom range of the sideway...

will see big breakout move from this sideway today or tomorrow

for me....in short term today it will bull up there first, then make a very longggg candle reversal pinbar spike!

then after that it will go bearish, my prediction of price it will go, is until 1.3170 & change to uptrend back after that...

this just only my prediction according to my technical analysis , not confirm yet....

There is hidden bear div.  A retrace might be on the card before further upmove. and 3480 is a strong resistance, Breaking that would see us at 3520 and breaking it again would land us at 3550/60/70

Sorry, hope you don't mind me saying. I thnk you should start to learn to trust your own analysis. Its good to know how others analyse the market but its dangerous to rely on others. Instead, learn to make mistakes. Maybe demo trade them if you're not sure?

anyway, just my 2 cents. ignore me if you think its irrelevant.

haha.. I know how that feels, yen is equally screwed... I placed an order to go long on yen on the 9 Nov but messed up the trade by changing my stop, i still haven't found a good entry.. and well.. i guess I'm still kicking myself since then.. 

rules are rules.. such is the life of a trader i guess.. lol..

as for EU, price is very bullish at the moment, even the COT sentiment is changing, I'll need a technical set up to go long.. none for me yet.. sigh..

sounds contradicting tho? trying to swing but tp 10 pips?

i have a feeling this is not your last strategy.. lol..
