US is a petro-dollar currency. With all the crisis and campaign for the election, usually by any means they will try to strengthen their currency.. Just my two cent!

Buying a car is not a problem.. form a company and dump your income in the company bank account.. open an account with kwsp as well and contribute monthly.. buy usually the income statement is enough..

buying a house is a little bit tricky.. which i learn 2 years back.. all your income statement payslip and all is just a supporting document.. the most important is your EA form.. income tax.. seek consultation from your hire purchased officer to calculate how much you should earn per year for you to buy your desired house.. then kawtim your income tax..

this is when local depositor or IB comes handy and fixed rate! but first only choose Local Depositor or IB which is recognized by broker firm.

Car loan shouldn't be so difficult, if you have 1 or 2 credit card with good credit report and good bank statement it can be done. Buying a property is the tricky part. What i've learn from the past, consult your loan officer.. say he/she said you must at least earn RM 5k a month for you to entitle to buy the property that you want..

then.......

go kawtim your tax for RM 60k a year lo.. all your saving statement is just a supporting document, the key is on the EA form. What's the amount that you declare on it..

Since July 2012 Euro has been bullish against Dollar for 6 months and forming it's new support somewhere between 100-161.8% zone before another bull run for this year... Major price movement expected in mid July 13.. a good buy entry 1.29500 - 1.30500.. just my two cent

most welcome.... i'm still holding my long.. for 1200 pips.. let's see where EU close this week i'll take a look into gold and silver later..

EU trying to find it's support zone somewhere between 1.29500-1.30500, while for gold and silver it's kindda scary lately.. next support is somewhere near 1180.. if breaks going to 1050-1100 testing testing 2010 price... EJ also has another good long entry yesterday..

tonight gold nearly reach 1180... testing support.. a good small buy entry.. i also scared with gold volatility.. so better stay away until strong support found and tested few time.. 1180 will it break or hold? we shall know in few days.. most probably another test near this zone next week.. for final test and start bullish.. mid next week the soonest or mid July 2013.. just my two cent..

i would prefer to buy euro.. and more trick.. if you have a lot of cash which you didn't intent to use for few month.. go to UOB bank and open a silver saving account.. hold it untill november or december 2013..

we'll see either 1180 will hold or not.. lot's of gold dealer having difficult time now days.. too much inventory & short of cash

touched 1180 and it bounce.. rejection of $10 / ounce.. a good small long entry...
