Bullish on Dollar as well..... Yesterday US holiday, the USD futures open with Gap today, trading above $84 psychology level, and Wed ADP shows quite positive figures..... Unless tonight Non-Farm came out surprisingly low or unemployment rate increase, if not, the Dollar might still gain some buying interest..... just my 2 cents

I also think it will continue bullish after NFP announce.

What mean 1:500? I dono how to select the volume. 1.00 or 0.01. I afraid it will use over my budget.    I wish to play every trade with $50 only.

1 advice,there is no perfect broker.each broker different,maybe on spread,swap,deposit %,withdrawn %,etc2.

SHAH ALAM: The Sessions Court here sentenced a 52-year-old single mother to a year in prison after she was found guilty of cheating a businessman of RM1.2mil meant for foreign exchange (Forex) trading investment.

Norhuda Mahat was found guilty of three amended counts of deceiving Datuk M. Azmi Md Amin, 52, into believing that she was an investment manager elected by MIG Bank in Switzerland with the approval of Bank Negara Malaysia.

She was accused of inducing M. Azmi to hand over money to her as investment capital for a “Spot Off-Foreign Currency Exchange (Islamic Forex Trading)” scheme.

The money was given to her in three separate transactions on Nov 12, 2010 (RM500,000), March 24, 2011 (RM300,000) and March 30, 2011 (RM400,000) at CIMB Bank Bhd, Empire Subang Gallery in Subang Jaya.

Judge Asmadi Husin said Norhuda had failed to prove reasonable doubt in the prosecution’s case.

Norhuda, who was not represented by counsel, was sobbing while pleading for a lenient punishment.

She told the court that she had to support her disabled mother, four children and three orphans whom she had adopted.

“I’ve surrendered my house (currently worth RM1.7mil) to the complainant as part of a settlement.

“I sell real estate now but my income is not fixed. I depend on my late husband’s pension and insurance money.

”I don’t have anything any more. I’m only asking for a chance to start a new life,” Norhuda said.

DPP Faten Hadni Khairuddin said although there was a settlement, the case had gone through a full trial.

“This is a serious case involving huge losses and Forex trading is not a business approved for conduct by individual agents. Bank Negara’s reputation has also been dragged into this,” she said.

Asmadi then sentenced Norhuda to a year in jail for each count of deceiving and ordered the sentences to run concurrently.

The court also allowed a stay of execution pending an appeal and fixed bail at RM60,000.

this scam relates to individual managing funds, of course it must be a scam.
