Any recommended brokers rather than going through affiliate?

They (fxpromax affiliate) said that 1/3 can only be used for trading, 2/3 will stay there to get monthly interest and will be locked for 18 months.

Nono I think you got me wrong. Those people who approached you are not exactly affiliates. They are IBs who use your money to trade. For brokers, you can condider fx primus or fx pro. I think quite a few people here using those brokers.

Thanks for the info. What is IB btw? fxprimus and fxpro needs do wire transfer to overseas right?
*
Not sure about fxpro but for fxprimus you can fund your account via credit/debit card or local transfer as well besides wire transfer. IB = introducing broker

I'm not sure this exist or not. I'm getting more into Forex but I would like to dive deeper into this field. Is there any short/part time courses which focus on forex in KL?

What u mean by sell the USD to them?
*
Meaning you can sell the USD to others at a higher rate..rather than you transfer to your local bank account. In your card, the currency will remain as USD but once you transfer to local bank account it converts to ringgit. Usually bank exchange rates are higher hence you will lose out (just like the spread system of forex brokers). But holding on to the USD, you can be the 'bank' and sell your USD at higher rates.

Alpari is good. FxOpen Not sure haha.
*
As I know FXOpen is very slow. I tried opening an account there but could not process for the longest time so I gave up. Im happy with fxprimus now.

Gold and oil very volatile now. Be very careful when trading. Make sure you put SL and TP!

bro, thats not the license page. For regulatory bodies, the public should be able to search for the companies currently registered under its authorities, Like ASIC and FCA, you use a search function to check whichever broker is registered along with their company registration number and address etc. But I cant find the search function in the FSC Mauritius website... ahhhh so frustrating, want check also cant find the page

Here you go. http://www.gbot.mu/members

More accurately, FX Primus is under the Global Board of Trade which is a Capital Market regulated by the FSC of Mauritius (http://www.fscmauritius.org/capital-markets.aspx)
