VLAN 4 is due to the way this firmware works. I am using linksys wrt54gl. This router have the limit of VLAN 16 only. So in order to overcome this, the firmware modder created multiplier for the vlan. So if you want to use VLAN 500, you need to create VLAN offset up to 496 (16 x 31). So from this 496, you add 4 (which is your VLAN 4). So you get VLAN 500.
Thanks to the guide, finally i manage to use my old "buffalo router@tomato firmware" with maxis FTTH,but not yet try to set the voip, it's not so important to me seen I never use it.
