Hi that's not me. That's one another guy from the company. I manages the Damansara one, he manages the amanpuri. We have 3 outlet for testing (r&d) and collecting real market data. The rest is wholly own by other owners.

We are going to tear down the amanpuri for major upgrade in November.

Hope you enjoy the service, we are trying to bring the new concept of using hospital food grade detergent/softner and sanitzer in all our washer to promote hygiene. We are the first in Msia, although many copycats, we still got plenty of other innovations hahaha

100k is for small outlet.

Our main client usually does this as full time business or income-replacement business for their day job.

100k, maybe the income is just ~ 3k-4k.. a mth.

We can scale down to 100k for smaller outlet of course.

yup, small outlet usually not so recommended. income of 3k-4k is considerable low, but with low numbers of machine, the income will be low.

It is one of the best passive business that I have learned.

Thanks vanguish for the thorough sharing last time. I would have ventured in if my capital isn't locked in properties...

Hi there,

Yes cleanpro is more established as they started coin laundry earlier than us.

We have a different operation model from cleanpro, so basically it is your preference & base on your budget.
