Am having problems adding my friend to my friend's list.

Both of us are on same US(Americas) server and profile can be checked on battlenet profile page.

Have tried adding through email and battletag but still to no available.

Hope I could get a solution for this.

though my friend bought that digitally months ago but i still can add him instantly.

perhaps the best way is to ask blizzard for help. send a ticket to them, they should guide you from there

I bought the hardcopy of the game with DVD. Bought it together with a friend but could not add him.

No error whatsoever. It says request sent. Same goes for my friend but we dont receive any friends invitation.

how bout u giving ur ID so our friend here will try to add u, if u receive then ur account should be ok. u may need to ask you friend to learn how to add. do you check twice ur setting? making sure it US

try asking another friend to add u both in same party and try adding from there n see.
