Getting Started

|
I just bought an acer aspire s3 laptop recently and I found out that the battery pack is located inside. I had asked people whether it is good to take out the battery pack and charge while using it cause I must use it for working sometimes for a long duration so I scared the battery pack might spoil if I charge it frequently. What should I do?

no Acer S3 is an ultrabook class laptop mostly if not all of the series back then has internal battery
an I assure you by opening the back cover, you will void warranty plus i am very certain that the battery is in a soft(er) plastic packaging and are stuck on the internal with some glue/adhesive
why like this? to save space for the slim profile search around the software whether there is program to run the unit off the power cord rather than battery
toshiba (z930, ultrabook class) have a propriety program called Eco Charge where to activate it, I have to use tha batt till ~50% and charge back. the batt will charge until 80% where it will stop charging and run off the power cord the win7 will shows it as 80% available(plugged in, not charging)
so in this way the batt will have less power cycle I heard lenovo also have that program (propriety)
