yesterday night, cannot connect to server, found game, accepted, went into loading screen, after sometime "unable to connect to server", "unable to initialize connection to server".

tried restart pc, modem, router, relog steam, verify game cache and still cannot.
but my friend can join and play game successfully


any idea anyone?

those item that we get/buy, is permanent?

lets say a sword for juggernaut, if equipped it is permanently shown and hero looks different now in game?

courier, if purchased, it is permanent too?

huhu then nice, probably hero will look more colorful and easy to identify.

my eyes got blurred when all heroes fighting, i lost sight which is mine, which is ally or enemy lol.
