windrunner is good in offlane why?
coz of the 3rd skill which increase ur movement speed a bit and reduce movement speed of hero in certain aoe
and also this skill is good when u are harrasing
normal starting item for me usually i go for 1set tangoes ward as usually in pub ppl will tend to evade playing at offlane 1 ring of protection and 3 set of branches
then upgrade to ring of basilus n go phase boot depending on how ur lane opponent else get traquil or mana
then force staff or meka this 2 item either 1 1st depend on ur team
overall item choice is depending on how ur opponent and what ur team need

and most of all i love windrunner <3 56% winrate haha last time 60 drop edy
