It is not about think hard try hard, it is about the game. Suppose this game is for compete to get more candy, but now both team make some under table agreement on it so that they can easily do it in last stage.
The game is not about who killing roshan in short time first. It is about rushing and compete to get candy plus trying to slow/stop opponent getting candy in early stage. Now both team dun want to do this cos they only focus on the last stage which make the game become like farming thing rather than compete and try the best on whole stage.
If valve just want ppl to show who is the best in killing 150k roshan in short time, it can just take away the first 2 stage, let the 3rd stage alone and let ppl think of how to kill it in short time.

Let me ask u .... if u r the lucky stranger who manage to join them n manage to get a golden ro3 .... will u be whinning here? Jus like the working world .... who manage to find a way to
gain money they deserve it ... first of all , there is no rule stopping them from doing so ...they cn use any way to kill ro3 in the shortest time. Besides that, they deserve it since they spend so much effort and hard work to gain it not like they use a cheat n get it n finish the whole thing like in 1 sec. For me ... ppl r jus jealous lol....

Instead of complaining y not think a way to get it xD

I think what meant was the fun factor was taken away with all these pre arrangements prior to the game starts. I myself joined a few games that tried to break the record (when it was stil 47sec) managed to hit 50sec and the whole 21mins are no fun at all.

Depends individual then , for me I will only agree if I have my own frens wit me or good 5 opponent , if not I will jus ignore n enjoy the fun

But then still no harm trying rite? What if dat time u manage to break the record .. I dun think u will say bored or no fun:)

This is not whining. You can't simply say ppl whining when ppl not agree with you.
I am not those fan about golden Ro3. Can get then ok, cannot also nvm.
In working world, you agree that if ppl using wrong way to gain money(stole, corrupt,....)is ok? In real world, spend so much effort and hard work doesn't mean you will guarantee get the reward. Plus if ppl bypass the objective/rules/law by gaining benefit/money..
This already consider as abuse of that game rules. Stage 1 and 2 suppose everyone should try the best to get the candy and protect it,
rather than make under table agreement.
In earlier Olympic game about the badminton competition, although there is no such rules but the player trying to lose the match to avoid particular player in next match, in the end, all of those players had ban from competition.
So do you think ppl that abuse to win is ok?
How about next time in tournament, in the final, both team agree no need to play so hard, just add up first and second prize then divide by 10, everyone happy, everyone no need so competitive. It is same as football match that playing fake ball.
Dun simply say ppl jealous when ppl point out someone doing wrongly and you not agree on it.

Problem is phase 3 , we nid to team up to kill to ro3, do we team up during badminton or basketball wit opponent ? Y not u ask valve y cr8 phase 1 n 2 in competing form n phase 3 wit team up form ? N y not u ask valve y cr8 competition for phase3 which require ppl to team up 2gether n instead of competition for phase 1 or 2 ... prob is wit their game mode y wanna keep complain jus accept n adapt .. anything they can add up new rule or stop them jus like the immediate patch update after cycle 1 or 2 to fix it. Since phase 3 require them to team up, so its normal for ppl to think of teaming up in phase 1 n 2 since winning the competition in phase 3 benefits all. This is game nothing is perfect, game developers is not god cnt think every possibility.

actually what i think diretide is a testing platform for the devs to see what exploits can people think of so that they can improve on the event etc.

Just like how icefrog release imba heroes then let the players to figure out what is stronk and what is weak and nerf/buff accordingly .

Anyway diretide is just fun mode la go play get items profit
