I just Changed my s3 battery from 2100mah to 3000mah (without NFC) . do I need to 8 hours charges or just plug out when it full?

just finish charging my new battery. a bit heavy but so far so goooooood.

I think the performance a bit power than 2100mah. use 3g when go outside, wifi at home n some gps when running.
already charged once this morning.
