after update to JB, my screen wont turn off by it self when Smart stay is on even screen off time i set to 15 second

why my touch key light not light up when touch the screen. Need to touch the key itself then it will light up. Not happening when ICS. Is it like this or mine is problem one? or how i can make it light up when i touch the screen?
