last time during 3rd month i drop by samsung SC the guy told me that i am "3 months too late" for claiming my warranty.

i just sent an email to samsunguniv3z and complain.

I don't understand how other people can be able to claim but the guy who I dealt with didn't allow me to

i just don't understand how they can deny warranty even though it's not user damaged.

plus for my case, even 3 months also denied warranty. then what is the 12 month warranty period for

i just don't understand why they won't let me claim warranty for something that was clearly a manufacturing defect.
since day 1 i have been asking to claim my warranty for the problem but every time keep rejecting.

so many excuses. until now already few months since i bought it, they say that it's too late for me to claim.

it would not have been to late for me to claim if they just gave me what i asked for in the first place!

i did. i talked to the employee politely but he just rejected my warranty claim.

my unit has no scratches whatsoever. the crack was already there since i got the phone.

i sent a complain about my cracked silver part on thursday, but no reply has been received until now

it has gotten much bigger now overtime. that picture was from 2 months ago using my sister's camera.

i currently dont have a camera (other than the one on my phone)

i find that sometimes when i toss my phone on the bed, the SD card will unmount and then re-mount itself too.
even though it's not a great height or a great distance. just a tiny bit of a thump is enough to unmount the SD card

dont even need to do any factory reset actually.

mine's perfectly smooth

could it be hidden in the app drawer?
try going into app drawer > menu button > show hidden apps
