did anyone encountered "Red Rectangle" after update to Jelly Bean?
since yesterday update, everytime i unlock my phone, a red rectangle(surrounded the phone screen) will blink once. whats wrong?

another issue after update jelly bean...my phone been charging for 4 hours now and only reach 29%

any1 encountered these two weird issues or an indication my installation of jelly bean went wrong?(this jellybean is auto update by samsung on my phone, i just hit install)

when u send to SC, do u need to left your phone there for few days? or can get it back the same day?

how do i update from XXDLJ1 to XXDLJ4?
i update using my phone("setting">"about device">"software update"...it said i already had the latest installed, which was DLJ1)
so how do i update to DLJ4 from my phone?

RED RECTANGULAR blinking after update to JB - malaysia version.

Did anyone encountered this? I had this red rectangular(around the phone screen) blinking sometimes i hit the Home button or open an apps. Sometimes blink sometimes didnt blink. Whats wrong with this?

And my battery charging very very slow..3 hours only reach 30%++

p/s : this JB is auto update by samsung to my phone, i just hit install..now how do i revert back to original firmware?

I encountered 2 issues after update to JB malaysia version.
1) Red Rectangle frame flashing whenever open an apps or press home button
2) Battery charge longer than it should (eg: been charging for 15 hours last nite only reach 90%)

I noticed it happens to few S3 users and mostly advice do factory reset.
What will happen if I hit factory reset?

Will my address book(phone number), watsapps contacts, sms been wipe out? Also will all the apps i downloaded gone? Will my photos(in gallery), songs & videos removed?
Besides this, what else will be wipe out?

Need to know, before I hit the reset. Hmmm….

Warranty for battery is six months. Go to service centre and ask for replacement. Send your phone to checkup also. Who knows maybe your phone charger port goes faulty after upgrading.

hey u might be right..after i upgrade to JB.if i charge using my charger it will take more than 16 hours..if i plug in usb and charge at my laptop..it works fine(only2-3 hours of charging)..

so now i donno is my charger faulty or becos of JB upgrade(my charger could not charge normally)...

what should i do?
is warranty cover for charger? mine is sme unit..bought 2 months

dont think is my port or board issue...cos i can charge normally via usb port(to laptop) but not if using ac adapter charger(16 hours)..

so now i wonder is my charger problem or JB update issue...

also is charger warranty half year?? same as battery?
