anyone facing with cant receive call/SMS? like when the phone idle, and u cant receive any call or sms, but will only receive after restarted.

dont think its normal..using umobile on my Tab is not a problem at all. Any way or trick to resolve this problem? Sometimes cant even make a call and txting.
