guys, im using UK rom and has a poor signal and wifi, wondering it might be modem problem, whats the malaysia modem?anyone know?

you downgrade to ICS need to factory reset your phone
and I don't think JB got bug, at least for me
didn't experience any problem so far

jb poland is a leak vision... most probably got some bug.. just up grade to UK JB official stock rom  and give it a try.

just update to jb.its already 2days and i starts to get issue.stimes my phone cant detect the network even in open space.now it cant connect to wifi.anyone have issue like this?

at least RM600-800....but why no warranty ? eventhru its 2nd hand

u do not need warranty card and receipt to claim warranty !

as long as it is SME MALAYSIA SET , its under warranty !

juz key in ur IMEI and sms to those no.

of course ! do u expect in house collection ? juz walk in and tell them the problems ...thats it !

send ur phone to Samsung Service centre. pass the phone to front counter. tell them ur problem , and thats it ..

what else do u need me to teach u ? its so simple.i suggest u to sell off the smartphone and buy a nokia 1100 instead.

I'm also facing somewhat almost similar problem as yours. My scenario is like this, when making a call, (after the samsung sound or whatever that sound is before the ringing sound), my phone goes silent. I don't hear the ringing sound (TUT TUT) but at the receivers end, they have it ringing n when they answer the call, I don't hear their voice n they don't hear my voice as well.. After a few tries, my phone shows out of service area.

By the way, I have sent in my phone for warranty last monday. Still awaiting the outcome as I was advised repair period of 1 week.

Well.. mine special case.. had other problems as well.. By the way, I went to the SC along the Federal Highway at 1pm.. Only managed to meet the Customer Service Personnel at 4pm.. Had 57 numbers ahead of me..  ... I guess urs also would take a week if u were to send it in tomorrow as next week there's a number of public holidays..

for you case could it be SIM card? just guessing.....
