Just ignore or cancel it when it comes to your phone

Go to phone setting > application manager > all > messaging > clear cache (clear data) then restart your phone.
If still fail to solve the problem then do a factory reset. Do all the necessary backup first before doing hard reset.

If you dont want to flash anything then just wait for the FOTA comes to your phone. The server select which phone gonna receive its firmware. Not you go around looking for it.
Most easy way is take a short trip to service centre and ask their help to flash the new JB firmware for you. It's FOC

If you really want problem free M'sia JB then try this.
1) Make all necessary backups.
2) download M'sian firmware from sammobile.
3) do a factory reset.
4) flash M'sian JB via Odin
5) restore back your backups.

Enjoy a problem free M'sian JB.

Problem is backup data without root. If you got root then do all backup in Titanium is enuff edi. Just make sure the Titanium backup files is in external sdcard when doing factory reset.
If no root..the you can only backup your apps apk. Use Androzip File Manager to backup all your apps apk. Again..make sure this backup files is in external sdcard when doing factory reset.
Sometimes after you sign in your Gmail account..all your apps be auto download again. But this will eat your data plan. Better use your apk backup to re-install back your apps.

Data not enable..APN missing..CSC unknown..network doing upgrading. Lots of reason

Disable Google Now and also fast dormancy

Use Fast Dormancy Toggles by Gokhan..available at Play Store

Yup..should be. After disable..your signal icon will stick to H only. No more jumping 3G..H..H+.
Pro : save battery and eliminate wakelocks.
Cons : downloading quite slow as no more H+

Reboot/restart the phone after toggle.

You need to triangleaway first to reset any binary counter then flash official stock firmware.

Btw..anybody notice that the stock video player is silently eating your internal storage with all its animation cache..?
I check with Storage Analyzer app from Play Store then run it. By God..the thumbnail videos is eating 4GB of my internal storage
I delete the thumbnails files..got back my stolen storage but the dang things slowly start cache up again

Flash back official stock rom is the easiest way to un-root it. But flash the firmware via PC Odin.

The one that control your network signal. Normally it's jumping around from 3G, H, H+.hence create wakelocks
When disable it..the signal will stick to H only.

H is the highest maa..the H+ comes when you download or upload something.
For disable Google Now
Google search > menu softkey > setting > disable/off Google now

Erkk..Google Now got nothing to do with H+ signal. If Google Now enable..it keep collecting data in the background. So it keep your wakelocks and drain battery.
Fast dormany different story but with same result. By default our phone signal keep jumping 3G, H, H+ depends on the network signal strength. Again this will cause wakelocks and use battery juice. By disable fast dormancy..the signal stick only to H..
