I'm sure they're trying their level best to come up with solutions but the issue is just too "tough" to chew.

He can and will do something but will that help the business; AAX has reported 5 quarterly results in a row; if it is so easy to run an airline biz AAX would not have to endure 5 qterly losses in a row.

AAX is much different from AA as long haul flights take much longer time in flights. A AAX plane might be able to make just 1 return flight per day vs 2-3 for AA.

Dropped another 2 cents during the morning session to 41.5 cents; looks like the market is unfavourable to the rights issue.

Seems that almost everyday, AAX will drop to record lows....today as usual dropped another 1.5 cents to finally below 40 cents, i.e. 39.5 cents.

AAX has been dropping around 1 cent daily and now at 26.5 cents. By June 11 when re-listing happens, the share could be below 20 cents.
Assuming it's at 20 cents, U pay 0.05 + 0.22 = 0.27 to get 1 share. And if AAX-WA is 0.07, your holding of 1 AAX and 1/2 AAX-WA is just 0.2+0.035=0.235.
U will lose 0.27 - 0.235 = 0.035.

AAX only 0.255 after dropping another 1 cent today. Maybe makes more sense to buy AAX-OR at just 0.04 as it gives U the right to buy AAX at just 0.22 plus U get free 1/2 unit of AAX-WA; means U pay 0.26 to get 1 unit of AAX plus 1/2 unit of AAX-WA. If I want to get in, I'd prefer buying AAX-WA. Tomorrow is the last day to buy AAX-OR, so better decide fast.

It's not converting. U R just exercising your rights to buy AAX shares at RM0.22 and they will give U 1/2 AAX-WA for free. They will credit the shares and warrants to your ac 1 day B4 re-listingi.e. on 10 June.

Yes, AAX-OR. U have to make payment to exercise your rights by bank draft and send to the registrar by June 1. The form, I think, U can print from bursamalaysia.com site under AAX folder. Don't hold me accountable for this if I'm wrong cos I've never done this B4. It's simpler if U R already a AAX shareholder and have the rights form posted to U (so U don't have to print it out yourself), but it's too late for this now.
